Yasudaryo is a specialty store of Omi beef with a history of fattening Omi steers for over 65 years. We deliver Yasudaryo’s original and genuine Omi beef that have been fattened on our own stock farm in the rich nature of Shiga Prefecture. We fatten 300 cattle in total and raise each cow with love until it becomes 36 months old. At an appropriate time, we ship cattle that have been raised via a process of long-term fattening. We offer Yasudaryo’s Omi beef, mainly from cows raised on our own stock farm, at the store. Yasudaryo’s meat is carefully selected, genuine Omi beef.

On the Yasuda Stock Farm, cattle are fattened with much care to produce Genuine Omi Beef that satisfies customers. The stock farm is blessed with an environment in which calves grow up free from any stresses. Experienced workers know how to expertly provide feed and water, which are bountiful in this rich natural area.

Certified Omi beef has a superior quality among various types of Omi beef and satisfies the following requirements. Yasudaryo’s Omi beef is the certified “Omi beef.” You can taste authentic Omi beef.

 

近江牛の認証要件 ・枝肉格付けがA4、B4等級以上のもの ・当協議会構成団体の会員が生産したもの ・滋賀県食肉センターまたは東京都立芝浦と畜場でと畜・枝肉格付されたもの
